What You’ll Do
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Contact and qualify potential customers for the sales team
Set appointments and follow up on leads
Track progress toward meeting sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Commit and work towards the mission and growth of the business
Demonstrate our core values every day in all internal/external interactions
Work alongside our Sales Leadership to foster the success of the entire team
Who You Are
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
A high performer with 1-3 years experience in a customer service or sales role
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
Good software skills - we work on Macs and use a wide variety of web-based software, so were looking for someone who feels comfortable with new technologies.
A "can do" attitude to getting tasks done quickly and accurately
Intermediate skills using Google Docs & Sheets (or MS equivalent)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
